  2. Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Refund Timing

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Timing for Refunds: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account after approval.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective.
